Alfresc Enterprise 4.2.4 With MSSQL : Slow Startup

Hello Friends,

We have recently upgraded our Alfresco Enterprise from 3.4 to 4.2.4. We are Using MSSQL as DB.

Before upgrade server startup time was around 2 mins. But after Upgrade, server startup takes around 10 mins.
There are no error logs.

Help me with what should I check/do.

Alfresco: 4.2.4 EE
SQL : MSSQL 2012
Windows server.
