Can't add users to site after upgrading from 5.0.c to 5.1.e

Hi

I am in the process of upgrading an Alfresco Environment from version 5.0.c to 5.1.e.
Almost everything seems to work fine, but I experience a problem when I try to add users to a site.
Share will give an error “1 users could not be added”

The log shows this exception:
2016-03-06 21:32:54,953 ERROR [extensions.webscripts.AbstractRuntime] [http-apr-8080-exec-7] Exception from executeScript - redirecting to status template error: 02060000 Wrapped Exception (with status template): 02060005 Failed to execute script 'classpath*:alfresco/templates/webscripts/org/alfresco/repository/site/invitation/invitation.post.json.js': 02060004 'Kan uitnodigingswerkstroom niet vinden, naam van werkstroom: activiti$activitiInvitationNominatedAddDirect'
org.springframework.extensions.webscripts.WebScriptException: 02060000 Wrapped Exception (with status template): 02060005 Failed to execute script 'classpath*:alfresco/templates/webscripts/org/alfresco/repository/site/invitation/invitation.post.json.js': 02060004 'Kan uitnodigingswerkstroom niet vinden, naam van werkstroom: activiti$activitiInvitationNominatedAddDirect'

The problem seems to appear only in a tenant environment which is migrated from a 5.0.c repository. If I create new tenants under 5.1.e then in the new tenant adding user to a site works OK.

I was able to replicate the error like this:
- Install 5.0.c with alfresco-community-5.0.c-installer-linux-x64.bin on Ubuntu 14.04
- Make a tenant, add users to the tenant, and inside the tenant create a site Testsite and add some users to the site
- Install 5.1.e with alfresco-community-installer-201602-linux-x64.bin on Ubuntu 14.04
- Import the alf_data from the 5.0.c installation (use PostgreSQL version 9.3.5 on this installation or migrate the database to version 9.4)
- Now try to add a new user to Testsite
- The error will be visible in Share and the log

Seems to be a bug.
Can anyone confirm this?
Any suggestions on how to solve this in a work-around?

Best regards,

5.0.d
